All vehicles are sold on an "AS-IS" basis unless otherwise stated and agreed upon at the time of transaction completion through a formal written agreement provided by J&M AUTO LAND LLC. Applicable prices and special offers are subject to change with or without notice and shall be at the full discretion of J&M AUTO LAND LLC. On occasion, vehicle and/or pricing information may be missing or inaccurate unintentionally, and J&M AUTO LAND LLC will endeavor to correct such discrepancies in a commercially reasonable manner upon notification of such errors or omissions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pricing errors and listing errors shall be considered null and void, and it shall be at the sole discretion of J&M AUTO LAND LLC whether or not to honor erroneous information as it pertains to a transaction. A commercially reasonable effort shall be made to keep the inventory database updated; however, turnover in inventory may yield unavailability of certain vehicles listed on-line.

The client hereby acknowledges understanding that J&M AUTO LAND LLC is primarily engaged in the business of buying and selling used motor vehicles, and agrees to undertake all pertinent due diligence prior to completing a transaction.

The client further acknowledges that applicable prices reflect the known repairs as well as possible unknown defects and damage which may have been sustained by these vehicles, and that in selling a vehicle "AS IS" J&M AUTO LAND LLC makes no warranties under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, or the Lemon Laws of any state including those in which the seller does business or that in which the purchaser may reside, unless explicitly agreed to upon the completion of a transaction in a formal written agreement.

J&M AUTO LAND LLC shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions pertaining to information provided (whether orally, in writing, or in digital image form) on this website, included but not limited to: year, make, model, condition, damage amount, damage type, drivability, accessories, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number (VIN), title, repair history, title history, and total loss history.

Client is solely responsible for performing appropriate due diligence as it pertains to any and all information regarding the type, condition, status, and history of vehicle before completing a transaction.

All sales shall be considered final and binding, and no ownership may be transferred, nor may the vehicle be removed / delivered, until paid in full. J&M AUTO LAND LLC expressly disclaims liability for any and all loss or damage to any vehicle remaining on the premises after purchase, including, but not limited to loss or damage caused by theft, fire, negligent act or inclement weather or other act of God; vehicles remaining on the premises after purchase shall be at the client’s sole expense and risk.
